Helping Incoming Summer Analysts Between Offers
What should a college junior consider when deciding between IBD SA offers?
Though I may be ahead of myself, I think this discussion could help other Type-A investment banking hopefuls. If there were general offers on the table between some top MM banks and a couple BB's like BarCap or MS, how would you go about making the decision?
Things that come to mind are cultural fit, ability to contribute meaningful work, deal-flow, and % of return offers extended.
Hindsight is 20/20, and I'd like to hear some more qualified opinions than my college roommates.
