Henry Bodek of Galaxy Capital

Anyone have any background on this guy or firm?

He keeps an extremely low profile but arranges financing for large transactions, routinely at $200M+ per loan.

Hard to imagine a one man shop handling that workload, even as a broker.

He has no website, extremely limited LinkedIn presence.

Are you referring to the Traded: Miami post? Those are some big numbers.

From my observation, this is not so uncommon in the (small) world of upper-echelon CRE. Plenty of people that grinded and worked hard when they were young end up coasting in their mid-to-late career, sourcing deals from their existing network alone. Definitely something to aspire to.
