Hermes Tie for Lateral Analyst Interview?

My brother has offered to let me use this Hermes tie for an upcoming off-cycle (lateral) analyst interview at a top BB. I'll be wearing black shoes/belt and a charcoal suit/white shirt. I'm new to nice ties...this tie seems relatively subdued to me, but is it obviously Hermes? Do you think interviewers would notice the brand? If so, would it be considered douchey to wear this to my interview?

I realize I'm overthinking this but I'm currently working outside of IB and my office is business casual so I don't have any usable ties of my own to choose from. I'd be open to buying a less-expensive tie of a similar look if wearing an Hermes would have any likelihood of dinging me.

I'd appreciate WSO's thoughts!

Your tie won't matter -- they won't remember it. Your interviewing will.

Thanks! I definitely agree that the my interviewing will be the key determining factor, but I also know that first impressions go a long way, even when they are subconscious. I'm just wondering whether wearing this tie, ceteris paribus, could put a bad taste in someone's mouth (or if anyone would even know what brand it is just from looking at it).

Agree with @iamfromcanada and @Dingdong08 - tie brand doesn't matter. When I do interviews, I focus solely on the underwear brand.

Just don't be one of those candidates with whom I have to waste 5 - 10 minutes of scarce interview time coaxing to drop their trousers.

Those who can, do. Those who can't, post threads about how to do it on WSO.
