HFF M&A
Monkeys,
I'm curious to know your thoughts regarding HFF's M&A division in terms of hours, culture, and pay as I can't seem to find much regarding the salary for this division. Is there potential for buyside exit opps? What is the divisions deal flow like? How do they stack against major competitors?
Any insight helps!
I know HFF is very highly regarded among the brokerage shops. So HFF’s REIB Team is comparable to Eastdil and CBRE. Don’t know enough to help you with the other questions.
Look up some of their deals - you'll probably get a decent idea of how they stack up against Eastdil and CBRE's entity-level / M&A advisory arms:

HFF Securities acts as sole Financial Advisor to Parkway Inc. (NYSE: PKY) on its $1.2 billion definitive merger agreement with Canada Pension
