Just found WSO, so far this is an incredible resource. As the title says, I have my second round interview with one of the major market HFF offices later this week. Does anyone have any experiences with HFF, or general 2nd round CRE interviews? I appreciate any and all help and advice.

HFF tends to care more about fit, my 2nd round interview consisted of fit based questions with some general real estate questions (why real estate, briefly talking about ssome deals that interested me) there is a decent amount of info on HFF in the forum if you use the search function
Agree with bigbob - very focused on fit
Used to work at an HFF office in major market. Fit is a major component. Professionalism is up there as well. They need to be comfortable with bringing you in front of clients while also believing you'll buy into the culture.
