Obviously it depends on the details, but how bad is this for HFZ? Losing this massive industrial portfolio today, laying off roughly half their workforce, getting sued left and right/Ziel selling his personal residence in the city.
Seems like he's in a terrible situation, is this one of the biggest booms/busts we've seen come out of this? Pre pandemic I saw HFZ as one of the top developers and very successful, crazy how things change.
