Hines Analyst Exit Ops?

I have an offer from Hines for an investment management analyst role after undergrad. My question is do they promote from analyst to associate without an MBA? What do their analysts typically do afterward at Hines if they went there straight from undergrad?

When I interviewed with Hines for a development analyst position earlier this year, I was told the position is on the partner track (given you don’t suck) and that a graduate degree was not necessary. I was not in a NYC/LA/SF/CHI market though which may change things if you are. Even then, I would imagine people do part time/executive MBAs and it’s not a 2 years and out type deal.

My role is actually for investment management analyst so do you think the same would hold true in that I would be on a partner track and can be promoted to associate without a MBA? I looked on Linkedin and it seems like all the associates came in post MBA so I'm just curious as to what analysts do afterwards?
