My dad walked in while i was in the middle of a hirevue question, and instead of closing the tab I accidentally clicked 'submit response'. On the next question, I said "sorry for the interruption" and finished my response to the previous question. Then, obviously, I answered the current question. Do you think i'll get dinged?

At this point theres nothing you can do, so stop asking stupid questions
Yes you will get ding.
ding dong ur dick aint long bih
Not sure of if you will or will not get a ding, but would you want to work for a place that does not understand a simple mistake? I get that attention to detail is important- but things go wrong.
Regardless of what happens, you'll be alright OP. RE is the field where people make mistakes and bounce back in tremendous ways. Your life is not defined by a single job.
