Not comparable to NYC RX shops, but the Houston team itself came from the NYC RX group so seniors are well respected and known across the street. They've been opportunistically poaching senior level talent for a while. In terms of junior team, don't think they've been around long enough to have "exits." Previous analysts were all laterals that intended to do career-banking. Couple junior team members lateraled out since they got crushed during COVID and left to west coast TMT shops. Seems like a great place to do career banking, but I assume exits will be energy or infrastructure focused unless you don't fall under the traditional UT/SMU/TX school bucket.
