Holy fuck CT is getting expensive.

Trying to find a roof over my head in CT and it's been hellish.

Lots of shacks getting multiple offers with people over-bidding with full auction dynamic.

Connecticut houses are often old pieces of shit with 1 garage unless you get way above my broke ass price range.

No nice recently built townhouses.

I wish these damn new yorkers would go back to the city already.

living in Jersey 1 hour commute from midtown, basic family house (2800 sqft, 5 bed, 3 bath 1/2 acre of land) can cost between 500k-800k depending on quality of schools.

700k seems to be the avg price in towns with good schools at that distance.  Closer to NYC and prices go up.

Prices in CT are in that range also...a little higher because CT tends to have better schools.

just google it...you're welcome
