Hotel Taxes
Anyone have a better understanding of taxes a hotel would undergo? Obviously property taxes is the biggest one (My model has it at about 8-9% of revenue) but are there any income taxes or other taxes that would impact NOI materially?

Some cities leverage an additional income tax on hotels. Usually not more than a couple % though.
