Houston M&A/consulting, A&M may '14 grad, what are my chances?
monkeys, i'll try to make this a long story short. I'm at A&M, doing well GPA wise, 3 internships under my belt and the one that i'm at right now at a BB thankfully enough, the other two were pretty shitty. junior year I interviewed with most BB's for a bunch of analyst roles, but this year i've decided that I really want to commit to M&A or consulting out of school, then go PE. What are the chances of me actually going FT Greenhill, Evercore, Lazard, or any other big ones in the houston area? and any of you guys have specific firms that would be worth applying to that I may not be aware of? Any constructive advice would be greatly appreciated.
