I would like to know if it actually possible to get in IB or HF without financial/economic degree from top universities, in my case I hold a national(Ukrainiane) degree in nautical science.
If it's not possible or if chances near zero what should I do in order to get into IB/HF?

the most important things are to have the grades, network and personal story for why you want those jobs. I'm assuming you learned later on you wanted to do finance?
