How do you get a job at an elite development/REPE company or REIT without the standard prerequisites?

Alright thanks for bringing me down to earth guys. That did sound incredibly douchy and I deserved those comments below. Good thing I posted on here first. Not gonna do any of that. I'll just network and be chill about it.

 

Why even bother with the technicals if you are such a smooth talker? I think Blackstone is actually looking for an analyst to dominate in their board room since Gray has gone soft in his old age.

If someone walked into our office and said they weren't leaving until we interviewed them, we'd call security.

I said in an extremely douchy/conceited way that my amazing personality would make up for any shortcomings in my experience and just came across as a ridiculous douchebag who thought I knew everything when in reality I'm just a kid who has so much to learn and hasn't done anything of note yet.
