How do you stop stressing over the little things?
Hey guys, first year analyst here at a bank.
I fall into the trap of worrying about all the minor tasks assigned to me—always aiming for perfection and worrying that the VP will not like the final product. How do you guys prioritise? Is there a way to stop stressing over all this minor nonsense that isn’t being sent to clients? Or should I indeed worry about it so I get better at it? I just feel like worrying about this small crap takes away my energy which could be better placed elsewhere...
