Can't speak to the political side of things, but most of my Chinese friends are relatively chill.

One of my better friends is a Chinese woman (she's so hot--I hate her husband for it!) who immigrated to the U.S. as an adult and became a U.S. citizen. She's a capitalist through and through but she very much identifies as Chinese and is very defensive of the (Communist) party and the nation's leadership. This seems to be typical among Chinese immigrants recently. It's odd because Americans who leave the U.S. and become citizens of other nations generally don't like the U.S. or identify with its core philosophies (hence, why they've left).

Very simple. No Chinese person would disagree that the US is the best country in the world (so better than China of course), which is part of the reason why they immigrate here. But they defend the Chinese government (you call it CCP LOL) because 1). For China, CCP is doing great things now. CCP's model works for the Chinese people. CCP is the best choice for the Chinese people at this moment. 2). What the Western media tells you about China are mostly untrue or exaggerated or taken out of context, so they feel the need to tell you the truth.

Speaking of hot, I found most 2nd or 3rd generation Chinese women to be meh, but 1st generation who came here within the past 2 decades are in general hotter.

Cuz 2nd and 3rd generation ones mostly came from impoverished backgrounds. Their parents never taught them about good nutrition and taking care of looks was a luxury they couldn't afford. I noticed that this kind of attitude is generally true among most immigrants who originally came from impoverished backgrounds.

For 1st generation immigrants, they likely came from upper middle class families with generally good nutrition growing up. And they care about their appearences.

Like there is not enough threads about China (or India for that matter) already. GTFO with your "they work very hard" bullshit OP. You are tolling. If you really talked to any Chinese person, you would know that they see Tibet and Taiwan completely differently that they don't belong to the same sentence. Lumping Tibet together with Taiwan is clearly American/Western thinking, Chinese people don't think in that way, so you are tolling. Go jack your ass off instead.
