How is it interviewing with Senior Bankers?
I have an interview coming up with a senior banker and I was wondering how they usually are and ways in which I can best prepare for them

Honestly are easier interviews than junior bankers from my experience. They'll mostly ask questions on your resume, background, tell me about a time when... They want to see if you're a cultural fit. Probably won't get asked technicals but that depends on the bank. I'd prepare by knowing my resume inside and out, anticipate all potential questions that can come up (projects you worked on, what you learned, feedback you were given, strengths/weaknesses, what you liked/disliked about your last internship, etc). From my experience it was more pleasant speaking with them because they are more personable in interviews relative to junior bankers. Plus if you really impress a senior banker they can pull more weight than if you impressed an associate/VP. Happened to me before and I was told that the MD interviewing wanted me on their team. This response was longer than it was suppose to but good luck!
Junior bankers tend to be more technical. Senior bankers, who spend more time with clients, tend to be more behavioral. They can also ask some big picture conceptual questions to make it a little more well rounded.
more chill usually, can be tougher if u dont have ur 'story' down to the point and dont have a genuine interest though (cant memorize formulating opinions on the spot haha)
You can definitely fake genuine interest and opinions. You get better at it over time and with interview experience
