How is the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis?

I know the school is regarded very well for academics, given it's average standardized test scores beat the Ivies. How is the recruiting though, and why isn't this school ranked higher? It used to be like 12 on US News (which I guess changed their system to rank or something?)

I would agree. I almost went there last year and was incredibly impressed by their admit students day. They are strictly business and I was blown away to see their placements- which are probably on par with where I currently attend. The facilities and campus are also incredible as is their focus on collaborative learning and presentations. There’s a reason their acceptance rate is below 7%.

You know how averages work right? 55% of students get financial aid at Wash U and the average median family income is $60,000. So there's probably a lot of students there whose parents make under

Guggenheim is like the only bank that recruits there. Otherwise the vast majority of those that go to IB from WashU are either diversity, family connections, or students who grinded through networking.
