How long should 'tell me about yourself' last?

Hello everyone. I am practicing some behavioral questions and refining my pitches. I want to know how long should 'tell me about yourself', 'why this position', 'why our company', 'tell me a time you...' last? Less than 2 mins? What's the ideal time length and speed? I.e. #words/min

Going to a BB this summer (Barclays, BofA, Citi). Throughout IB recruiting I was always changing my "tell me about yourself" answer. I had two versions: 1 for networking calls and 1 for interviews. I found that the ideal time for networking calls was about 50-60 sec and the ideal time for interviews was about 90-100 sec. I think these times allowed me to get off whatever was important in my story but kept me in check so that I wasn't including unimportant information. I had a few interviews where my story was about 2 min and it just felt way too long and I could feel the interviewer checking out a little bit. Be concise, speak clearly, don't be too rehearsed.
