How long until headhunters stop asking for gpa?
Not currently looking for a new role but i had really bad undergrad grades and lucked my way into a front office role at an Respected fund. I may want to move geographies in the next couple years and Not clear if I’d be able to do it at my current shop.
I’ve performed well (was top quartile last year) but am a bit nervous I may have trouble using headhunters if I want to move locales. Any way to ameliorate it other than keeping performing?
