Jesus Christ, slim fit getting taken to another level right there. Hopefully no one except Andrew Garfield dresses like that.

Yeah man, everyone I know has a collection of brown suits.
... very bold to wear ultra-slim fit with such a collar and tie/shirt pattern combos. Can't help but think of a gym-aficionado waiter, but none is sporting the slim black tie.
No belt/tie tucked... no comment.
On the other side, yeah, most of us wear these nowadays, particularly with our brown tweed suits and hunting jackets. Pretty common in the office, particularly in summer.
Dunno if a dress shirt that fits as close as something from Under Armor really works...think this might be too much even if you work in marketing.
Fit = good, tight = bad, collar so wide you can see past the tie knot = just plain silly, no?

The no belt thing seems to be a brit thing. Two brits I know both do this, granted both also look like they're wearing $3K suits.

Finance is a CONSERVATIVE, mature industry. If you want to be fashionable, you have to tone it down so you don't stick out in the wrong way. Don't reinvent the wheel: just do what works and perhaps spend your fashion web browsing time studying or networking instead....the payoff will be much higher.
You should only ever wear a belt if your trousers don't fit. If they don't fit, then don't wear them. Ergo, you should never be wearing a belt.

I honestly have always preferred suspenders, but I can't come to work like that because of people's obtuse thinking.
Suspenders let the trouser cast a better silhouette, but aren't the safe option if your jacket is off most of the time.
Those suits have side adjustors, hence the need for no belt. I have a RLBL suit like that and it looks fine. Those shirts are too tight though. None of those guys have any muscle bulk.
