How should I present the GPA?
Hi guys! I just received an offer from graduate school, and it's a one year program. I know the recruiting for IBD begins around Sept. How should I present my GPA though? Should I put expected, cuz my graduate school grades won't come out till late December. One of my friend from JPM told me to just put expected and BS about undergrad GPA is this feasible? Need advice on this guys.
Thanks

You posted a thread, bumped it not even a minute later, and then bumped it again two minutes later? This is why no one is replying.
List your undergrad GPA. That is all.
Thanks a lot Sil for your advice. It was really helpful. sorry about those bumps.......... Yeah, probably that's the only thing I can do. what if I listed my GPA as 3.6 and 3.5 and come out as all As in December before they asking for transcript and conduct background check. Will this be a problem? I am thinking about this cuz my undergrad GPA is not above 3.5, I am kind worried though I know there are other factors matter in the recruiting.
Sorry, I have one more question, Do you recommend to go for off-cycle recruiting after the grades come out?
Definitely not. There is no real off-cycle FT recruiting. There might be a spot available if someone reneges, but at that point, you're banking on someone doing that.
what the hell is expected GPA anyway??? It's not like anyone can know in september what their grades are going to be???
Does it mean it's better to go for off-cycle recruiting if I want to use my graduate grades for application? Thanks a lot for the help.

I don't think you have a choice here..just list your expected GPA. Also your undergrad GPA to bolster your expected GPA.
Thanks. My undergraduate GPA is like 3.3, that's why I am thinking going to grad school to boost my GPA a little bit. The time of recruiting is just not good. Does some BB still recruit for candidates in early Jan.? Thinking about networking first and submit the application in early Jan.
