How the hell do I get a job

Hello all,

Looking for advice from those who struggled in their job search in the past before landing a role:

For nearly a year now, I have been in the job market. Clearly COVID took a large chunk of the front end of that search, but for the last 6 months there have been jobs everywhere. I apply to jobs every day. I send recruiters emails every day. I take paid courses online to sharpen my skills EVERY DAY. I constantly get “we have pulled your resume for our hiring manager to review” and other bs like that which lets me know there isn’t some huge pile of shit I’m sending in. I’m qualified for the jobs I am applying to. The recruiters always reach back out then ghost me. I’ve had a grand total of 5 employers interview me, I made it to (at least) the second stage on every single one. I have not received one offer. What the fuck am I supposed to do here man like I don’t want to wait until I’m done with the CFA (taking part 1 in august) to even have a damn chance at new employment. This is so frustrating, does anyone have any good tips on how to get out of this mental anguish? I’ve been staying positive since last March but I am at wits end.
