When I am asked this question, I always try to answer with banks in the same range where I had interviews (without lying, but I omit banks that are much stronger/weaker). The goal is to show that other banks want you, but the one you are interviewing is your first choice.

With this strategy I have already had some banks accelerating their process for me. 

 

I was asked recently but didn't mention that I'm receiving final feedback soon, think that may have put me at a disadvantage, but too late now...
