How to connect/network for BB internship?
I'm a rising sophomore at a non-target school hoping to gain some relevant internship experience in the spring semester or summer. I've seen a lot of people here advise to apply for BB as I'm more likely to find a position.
I've found a nearby BB that I'd like to reach out to. This will be my first time doing something like this. Should I reach out to the most senior member (ie the owner or a manager) or should I reach out to an analyst that is an alumni of my college?
Additionally, should I call or email them? I've seen a lot of people recommend calling, however I feel like in this day and age, that is less common. If I email/call, what should I discuss or do?
