How to cope with stress as a sophomore?

Sophomore at a target, I feel like between now and penultimate SA recruiting, it’s the most important time in my life. Whether I break into IB as a fresh grad will affect my career path 30 years down the road, and it all comes down to whether I can land a SA internship. How did y’all cope?

It won't affect anything that happens 30 years later. Just reflect back <5 years; did you even know you would be doing IB/finance or attending this target school?
