how to do PF Income Statement for merger analysis
Hi, I'm currently a 2nd year in banking and interviewing for various corporate development roles but have limited modeling experience because in an industry group. For a case study, I'm asked to model a PF Income Statement of a company of my choice with the Company with accretion / dilution analysis and cost synergies, does anyone have any tips on how to get started or resources for learning how to do so?

Read through all the articles and then go through the template model. The model is much more complex than a typical merger model but should be a great place for you to learn the concepts.
