Student of the Real Estate Game is a good blog to read. Also a bunch of books like, Student of the Real Estate Game by Poorvu, the textbook by Linnemen is good. Actually look up the thread of “best CRE books” should give you a lot of suggestions. Bunch of other stuff you can find if you dig around here. Real estate isn’t that complicated, and brokerage is really simple from a technical POV.

Main thing is networking. You’re only a sophomore, so I would try and connect with as many people as you can to maybe get an internship. If you can afford to do one during your school year that would be great. It’s what I did, basically worked an unpaid part time job for a local investment sales firm (about 8 months) and that led to a much a better internship for this summer which I start in couple weeks. I’m heading into my senior year for reference.
