How to get a pre-MBA position at THLee?

Hi guys, was wondering what the best method was to apply for a post-banking, pre-MBA position with THLee. They are basically my top-choice PE fund for various reasons. Are headhunters/recruiters the best path to take? Are there alternative methods to apply?

For background, I am currently starting as a first-year M&A analyst at a 2nd-tier BB bank.

Any and all suggestions welcome.

Thanks!
