see above,

sounds pretty simple but i always sound awkward.. so if you could provide your script, i'll +1sb your last 3 posts. ive worked on big deals (at a larger bank currently working at a boutique) but it feels weird when i bring them up. and how do i go about saying "ill be in charge of all the leg work and stuff"

Thanks :)

As soon as they hear your shaky voice uttering, "Who- Whose on the line?" they'll know exactly who you are

Why are you introducing yourself? Are you at a very small boutique? I can't think of any situation where an analyst would be talking about their deal experience, especially at another bank. Internally, seniors know you're in charge of the legwork, clients don't know or care besides calling on you for model answers.

"Hello fellow humans, it is with much pleasure that I introduce myself to you , ~the esteemed analyst~ ."

This is a tough one. What about..."Hi, my name is Jamie_Diamond. It's great to meet you."

I just say "Yo what up it's Mike, future POTUS, I still think stop and frisk was a good idea"

your MD is supposed to introduce you but if they don't, you can by like:

Good morning everyone this is first name, analyst with x bank ( don't say analyst 1 or 2 or 3 that's internal). You have the x bank team with xx MD and xx from DCM or ECM.
I will be running/be responsible all logistics, I just emailed you so feel free to reach out with any questions now or throughout the process. Thank you

"This is xx from xxx - who do we have on the line?" or if you're just announcing you're self "this is xx from xxx" don't overcomplicate it
