How to pitch himself to IB coming from big 4

Hello monkeys !! I am a former management consultant with almost 3 years experience at a Big 4 company, and I am doing an MSc in Finance program at a top European Business School. My ultimate goal is to break into Investment Banking and i would love to have insights on how the transfer is done from your own experience.

So a plethora of question. Any help is appreciated!

1.) What are the transferable skills on which i can rely to pitch myself ?

2.) Knowing that it will be hard to land internships in BB, should I focus on MM, Boutiques..

3.) Networking: I've heard this is key, but unsure of specifics.
Whom should I target to network with (current analysts?, associates?, MD?). How do I utilise the network to actually obtain an interview?

Thanks a lot.
