The LinkedIn range said 100k but apparently they pay 115k I said 100 was fine but with COL increase I would like 115. It was first round but she told me I would have a second, should I ask for 115 in my thank you email for the interview or wait till second round?

Personally I would wait until you actually get an offer, then negotiate. It $100k is within striking distance to $115k. Get them excited to bring you on board, get a hard offer, then ask for a higher base.

Yea, you’re way too early in the process to get caught up on salary. You’ve only had a first round. Secure a final round first before worrying about base.
