Would really appreciate your feedback on this one (especially those who have worked in the industry for a few years)! I'm relatively new and junior, and I want to seek feedback from my associate on how I can improve - the caveat is that I made some mistakes when I worked with this associate in the past. I'm worried that the associate is still angry at me, but I also want to know how I can improve my relationship with that person and build a good reputation.
What do you think is the best way to do this please? If you are the associate, what kind of behavioral/approach would rub you the wrong way (I want to avoid that)?

Invite him/her out for a drink and be upfront about your concerns and apologize (genuinely) once more - if they're still angry, then tough luck, it's unlikely you'll change their mind. All junior people make mistakes early on into their career and any sensible person would forgive you as long as it's an honest mistake and you don't do it again.
Everyone is different and asking random people online what would rub the wrong way won't be beneficial in helping you survive in the firm. Just be yourself, and observe how others get along with their superiors.
