How to update resume after entry level role?

I have just landed my entry level role (I am in no rush to leave) however, I am wondering what types of changes one would make to their resume as they apply for their second role. Would you continue the same format as out of high school but simply put the new experience on there? Would you keep your latest internships/etc? Do things like activities/interests/university clubs become too immature at this point? Would be great to hear things like if there are differences depending on in-house lateral change versus different firm.
