How to walk through a past deal during an interview

Hello everyone. I'm wondering if there are any tips on this question. If due to confidentiality, you can't name the deal and can't cite the numbers, what would you do? What is a good structure to answer this question? Start with the deal itself or start with what my responsibilities were? Thank you.
