HS Senior Interested in IB

I am currently a HS senior applying for colleges and interested in business. I am starting to learn more about IB but am worried the schools I am looking at won’t offer any opportunity. Some schools I am looking at for undergrad are University of Washington, University of Oregon and (hopefully) Pepperdine. Does anyone have any knowledge of these or other schools I should consider looking at? My SAT scores and GPA certainly aren’t in the tier of top target schools but they are still decent. I would love any feedback about schools that aren’t necessarily top target but still known enough for a chance to break out. (As I mentioned I am very new to this so any feedback/advice in general would be much appreciated)

Thank you , honestly finance just seems interesting to me and I have done well in FBLA events in HS. I still don’t know what career/ major path will fit me best with my stats in mind. Do you know of any resources to help?
