I am a first year LatAm analyst at a top 4 bank. Any advice on PE recruiting? I want to know what strategy gives me the best opportunity for recruitment. Either lateral to a more prestigious group/bank bank and recruiting off-cycle, or giving it my best shot on-cycle. Any thoughts?
