I am Sick of Wall Street Culture!
Wall Street culture is toxic! In particular:
Vanity. Wall Street judge you based on which company you work for and what’s your title. If you are not from a top company, you will be treated as second class citizen and no one really listen you.
Gatekeeping. Wall Street discourage share. Newcomers to a group often being deemed as a threat by existing members. People are unwilling to help. I don’t like the intensive competitive culture. I feel sad everyone in my team think I am a threat not a friend.
Also, anger from main street makes me feel I am a horrible person now.
Context? I mean I feel like this is true in all walks of life simply because everyone wants to feel like they themselves are important in one affinity or the other
