Despite all that, I am seriously addicted to porn. Like, I have jerked it probably 400ish times every year, since I was 13. Someone give me candid advice on what I should be doing.

Honestly if it stops you from doing drugs or helps you fall asleep its not too big of an issue. Just don't watch anything too graphic/kinky because it can really mess up your brain (check out some studies on it) because it will make you normalize weird things subconsciously. Slowly reduce it in moderation over time.
Porn addiction and jerking off too much is so real man. As someone who’s actually quit real drugs, quitting porn is very similar. I used to do it to help me sleep, but one day I busted a nut and it genuinely didn’t even feel good so I decided to stop on the spot. I was overly horny for ages, but I eventually just reset to normal. Idk if I’m a nofapper, but I felt jerking off every day was making me kind of sluggish and tired, and I was losing sensation so I just quit, and I feel more in control. I’ve relapsed since, and got hooked again and quit again, but as long as I don’t jerk off multiple days in a row, I can manage it. It’s about just saying no, if you are looking at half naked chicks on Instagram all day, that won’t help either. Spend more time talking to people and having engaging conversation as well. If you are just on your own, camped in your room all day, that’s not the best.

When I first started jerking it (13 or so) I used to do it 3 times in a session. I’m still really horny though, like at least twice a day I get the urge. I don’t watch a lot of porn (maybe a couple times a week) but do jerk off daily. It just feels good and I don’t have any weird kinks or anything, fairly vanilla tbh so not too worried about my brain getting fucked up. For you, I’d come up with a plan to moderate your porn intake. Jerk off less, if you jerk off three times a day, reduce it to two and then one and then a couple times week and so on.
Stop watching porn and try it without it. Pornography can really mess up your life. I've averaged twice a day since I was 11. I haven't been sick in over 10 years, which I attribute to my lifestyle of regular release and regular exercise. It's an unalloyed good as there are virtually no downsides. Pornography, on the other hand, may very well rot your soul, destroy your relationships, and turn you into a vile person.

Ik u meant to reply to OP but yeah not watching porn and jerking off still feels good. Porn is so readily available these days I’m not surprised a lot of people are having problems with stopping.
I can sometimes jerk off 5 times a day, and sometimes « only » 7 times a week. Try and stay busy, sink yourself into new things and desires. It will eventually fade out.
Honestly jerk off as much as you want. If you don’t like something about jerking off, (it’s free and feels awesome!) then take some time and figure out what’s really bothering you.
