I don't know what to do and lack any guidance in life. Just turned 25 and think it's too late. Please help.

I'm basically a loner. I go to work, go to the gym. My whole life has been uprooted because I am not in the country I spent my life from 16 to 23 in. I don't know anyone except for work people in my country and lack the visa to go back to the country I did my undergrad from (shitty passport).

My stats are -

Bsc econ (decent semi target (target according to this forum) example escp, hec, UCL, st Gallen etc)

Msc information management (American uni like Indiana or BU)

4 internships at fortune 500s in finance, analytics and business intelligence

2 consulting projects

1 job at a brand management startup in project management and brand management

I am still doing a dead end Internship at fortune 500 and unfortunately no one in my country knows about the schools that I graduated from even though they are supposedly elite. I currently work in business intelligence. My company has given me a raise and has forced me to extend my internship because I worked hard. The raise was about 200 percent but they don't have a full time job because it's a small regional office of a fortune 500 and my country isn't a huge market for them.

What are my options? Am I too late? I just turned 25 this month. I am not very picky and don't want to just aim for MBB or the BBs. Is a top mba the only way forward? I am not the kind of guy who can get into a top 10 mba but might be competitive for a top 30-50 after I gather 2 years of work ex. I know everyone in this forum talks about MBB and BBs and most of the advice I got from this forum was something along the lines of if I can't get to Princeton mfin or a target Mfin like hec, lbs, lse, bocconi etc then I'll fail as an international. I don't think it's true because I have seen many internationals doing amazingly well from even tier 3 schools in the US. Yes ofc I can only increase my odds of getting a job upon graduation if I graduate from a top tier school. Anyway hoping I get lucky with some advice this time.

Well, you’re only 25. I am 35 and trying to change careers. You’re young!

Maybe first, without jumping into spending more on education, think about what you are good at and what job you want to do, then figure out your skills that match that job and your skills gap.

What experience do you have that helps?

What experience/training do you need?

Work on obtaining those skills.

It may not be that you need to complete an MBA.

Try networking, try online courses, try finding out about the specific subset of the industry you want to move into. Work on your resume. Try finding a mentor.
