I have a 3.025 GPA from a good state school and 750 GMAT,My chances?
So I have just graduated and I have a full-time offer from a bank as a software engineer. But want to gauge my chances of going to business school (top 10) a few years from now.
GPA:3.025
Major: Computer Science
School: Good State School
Sex: Male
Passed Level CFA level1.
GMAT:750
Story: I have reason to believe I can make up a good "successful immigrant" story
Set to start working full time in a bank as a swe as of August.
you definitely have a chance. GPA is low but since it is in CompSci it can be forgiven. Will be dependent on your work experience before you apply (need a top-tier company on your profile or ability to show impressive results on your resume). Also do some extracurriculars/volunteering after you graduate.
Regarding your GPA, that is a definite weakness, but the GMAT is stellar. What contributed to the GPA? Any trend?

I had IBS that would cause extreme discomfort and pain during the semester as well as anxiety attacks (IBS related). I have documents to show colonoscopy and related examinations undertaken during a 3 year period.
I think you need to let the schools know about the IBS and also provide evidence that it is no longer affecting your performance. Success on the job will also help. But taking a few graded courses (or continuing with the CFA exams should help.
If you had a spike in grades once the IBS was under control, you should also point to it. If you took the CFA while your grades were still mediocre, that's going make them wonder if you were prioritizing other matters (like the CFA) over school work.
To make a long answer short, if you show that you have the IBS under control and also show that you know how to apply yourself in an academic environment, then you should do fine. (I'm assuming that you will have the growth on the job and leadership evidence that top programs also look for.

how long did it take for you to prep for the GMAT?
3 months or so.
Are you an immigrant from a overrepresented country like China or India or from somewhere like Mexico or Africa? If it's the latter, you can play up your URM status, if it's the former, good luck
