Hi, I was wondering I could get some advice - I have an offer from Oliver Wyman in Asia and a middle market bank for an S&T position in NYC. The middle market bank is quite strong in S&T and the OW office is relatively smaller + has a different culture compared to OW NYC.

Other questions that could help your (OP’s) thought process:
What are your long-term aspirations (if not S&T or consulting)? Which of the two roles will better set you up for those goals?
Do you want to take this opportunity (early in your career) to experience living in a different continent? If you want to be in US long term, does OW have a good internal mobility program to allow for movement back to US (or other countries)?
Which of the two roles interests you more? And is something you would be more naturally adept at?
