I Love Scott Walker

Walker, the continual supporter of American Freedom and Rights, passes a law allowing homeowners to use lethal force to defend themselves and their property, without fear of criminal prosecution.

If only other cities would take the lead and allow private citizens to defend themselves against criminal attacks.

Scott Walker, a true American hero!

Had this in florida forever, the castle doctrine. good stuff, no responsibility to mitigate their life.

Scott Walker and Chris Christie are ALPHA governors who piss off the weak liberals and union thugs. They're great Americans who should be applauded for the work they are doing. Meanwhile, liberals on MSNBC like that fatass Ed Schultz and the race mongering idiot fraud, Al Sharpton, continue bashing Walker and Christie.

THIS

As a CCW holder, this is nice but the reality is that people who are prosecuted in some form for killing someone who broke into their home or place of business almost always have some form of extenuating circumstance like they shot the guy in the back or they shot them 17 times, etc. While I'm sure this will mitigate some stuff, there will always be prosecutors that find 'extenuating circumstances' and prosecute the shooter.

We should send an SB to Gov. Walker. People who break into other people's home should fear death. That is all.

Its always been legal, you just have to tell the police that it was dark and that the intruder was yelling "Im gonna blow your $#%# head off!" at you, and you have the presumption of being truthful.
