I need guidance

I am an undergraduate student in my second year. I am studying Business and Economics (in English) at a non-target university in Italy, the best public university in the country. My GPA is 28.68/30, which corresponds to 3.8 for Americans. I am also applying for a semester abroad program at Berkeley, UCLA, or UCSB.

I have to choose what to do after completing my bachelor's, which in Italy lasts 3 years. I am mostly considering Bocconi and ESCP. I really like ESCP because of its internationality, but I guess it's considered a tier 2 university even if it's #2 for master's in finance according to Financial Times. I am still open to any possibility for now.

What I want to do is to work in IB (or maybe MBB) for a few years after my master's degree and then quit to start my own business. I love entrepreneurship but I wanna try to be in high finance first to get experience (and prestige lol), network, and also because it's a world that attracts me.

I also want to travel and work in different cities, I think in Europe it would be reachable, but I guess I can't dream of working in NYC with European degrees.

Also, I am looking for an internship. It would be impossible now to get one in MBB or IB, but I don't know what kind of internship would be good. Does an Internship in a startup as a business developer look good on my cv? I am also working on a social entrepreneurship project with some folks at my uni, does this count as a good extracurricular activity?

TLDR: What can I do during my second year of bachelor's considering that I am in a non-target university and that there are not many extracurricular opportunities in my city?
