I want to pursue a career in IB; Villanova or UMiami?

I have not yet applied to either but I plan on doing Early Decision (binding one) to one of these schools to essentially guarantee my spot. My GPA wasn't where I wanted it to be because of my laziness year 1 and 2 of high school, but that is no longer a problem. So assuming I would get into both, which would be my best option? I am definitely not just considering academics, I am making a large investment going into either school so I would like to also enjoy my life somewhat, however if that is not possible to get to where I want to go, then so be it.
