IB Analyst Offer - Should I Stay or Should I Go?

Hi Monkeys,

I will try to be as detailed as possible with this post.

A bit of background on me, I am 26 years old based in NYC. I previously worked for 2 boutiques in the past - one of which went insolvent, and the other opted not to extend me past 1 year. I now work in risk management at a lending company making ~63k per year plus fringe benefits, health insurance being the primary focus here as I now need to pay into healthcare. I absolutely abhor my job in every sense of the word - it is boring, monotonous, and upward mobility/exit opportunities are nonexistent. I have been in this role for 2 years now and was planning to go to business school next year - I have been accepted at a top school in the UK with a deferment into 2021 entry

I have received an offer from a boutique investment bank (think H.C. Wainwright, Maxim) with a salary going up to 75k, I would be coming in an as analyst 1. Naturally, this would be something I would have been jumping up and down for, but when looking at the breakdown of their health insurance package (see below) this is absolutely a cause for concern:

Monthly Cost/Per Paycheck Premium (Platinum):

$1,051.92/292.47 - no deductible, but a $40 copay for doctor's visits $80 for a specialist's visit

Monthly Cost/Per Paycheck Premium (Gold):

$1,051.92/292.47,  $1000 deductible, $30 copay for doctor's visits, $60 for a specialists's visit.

The premiums seem absolutely outlandish for the compensation they are offering and would effectively cause me to net less than what I am making now. I am here seeking any advice. Should I try to negotiate to like 85k base on the premise of the benefits are too expensive? Keep in mind I am willing to walk away from this, but ideally, I would want to make a move. It's also worth noting the bank seemed very eager to hire me.

Please feel free to add input, I'm happy to provide any additional detail if needed
