Charlotte above Houston and Boston is a joke - there's nothing in Charlotte, as nobody gives 2 shits about Well Fargo and all relevant BofA IB happens out of NYC. Most EBs and MMs have elite Boston offices, and Houston is the energy capital of the Western Hemisphere (if not more). If you're gonna do a stupid post like this in the first place don't be so wildly off. 

Also LA is being done dirty - every BB/EB office is LA is elite (read any WSO threads about this ever).

Swap Houston for Chicago in the middle of the shale boom, maybe even further up to #3 back then.
