No cap last year I went 0 for 6 in SDs with EBs and BBs, realized I was too stiff and nervous during the interviews, and decided to take a couple of shots before my SDs and went 2/2 afterwards with Barclays and PJT

Yeah. I found that more often than not the interviewers reciprocated my personality/behavior during SDs, so if I started off a lot more relaxed and casual the interviews were also more casual and flowed better.

Ive definitely thought about doing this before. I would take a shot or 2 before I drink a beer. I feel like if you're extremely nervous it could help. The best interviews are when the conversation just flows regards of what is talked about.
