IB, MM, ER resume review

Hi everyone,

I'm a first year MBA student looking to change my career to IB, MM, M&A and Equity Research. At the moment I’m trying to get SA position within the industry in order to gain more industry exposure. All constructive critiques are welcomed.

Do you really think that formatting it exactly the same as a template is really necessary? Doesn't it seem weird at the end that everyone has sibling type resumes and it also shows your lack of creativity and ability to think on your own? Also, it would be great if you could give me some feedback in terms of my experience description and its relevance?
