One thing that sticks out to me is that you made two very similar (although legitimate) posts at 7.40am on Wednesday about your worries. I would venture to say you're probably worrying TOO much if it has come to this. I do the same thing and it has taken effort to not spend so much time inside my head. I suggest you do the same.
